Delivery Format

Private lessons are delivered in both online or face-to-face formats. When delivered face-to-face COVID protocols are maintained.

Schedule for classes

The minimum duration of classes is 30 minutes. Classes can be 1 hour in duration.

The reason for having a 30-minute class is that we have found that most of the instruction takes place in the first 15 minutes of the class. There is another 10 minutes for demonstration and giving assignments.

A one-hour class means that the balance of the time is used for practice or hand-holding. We have found that not all students need this extra time. However, we have found that some students benefit from the extra time, especially those who do not have sufficient practice facilities at home.

Classes are scheduled based on the availability of rooms. It is on a first-come, first-serve basis.
