The objective of our drum program is to help our students to acquire strong technical skills through structured practice and to lower the fear experienced in sight-reading music and improvising. Being located in Jamaica, it is also important for us to have our students understand and respect the traditions of Jamaican drumming from traditional to contemporary music.
